Requirements & Eligibility

  • Must be 17 years old to submit application
  • Must be 18 years old by the time of the interview per National Apprenticeship Standards/Department of Labor Regulations
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have passing grade in high school algebra
  • Must provide a valid driver’s license
  • Must provide high school transcript
  • Must receive a passing grade on the aptitude test in math & reading to advance to the interview stage
  • Must pass a substance abuse and physical exam

Apprenticeship Tuition Funding

Eligibility: High School Graduates & Above

This tuition funding is awarded to individuals who intend to pursue a career in the electrical industry. Through our apprenticeship program, you’ll have the opportunity to become a successful tradesman and electrician while making an income. This tuition funding covers most expenses needed to get your electrical license such as tuition, books, and tools. You receive free training while earning a salary. To receive full benefits, you are required to work the same amount of years as schooling. One-year through five-year courses are available to choose from.
