New Year’s Eve is a time to revel. And Building Omaha’s Executive Director Mike Bunach was doing just that – celebrating Building Omaha’s partnership with UNO Athletics at Baxter Arena.
Bunach was on hand to man the Building Omaha booth, chat it up with patrons, and watch UNO usher in the new year with a victory. While chatting with patrons, he handed out Building Omaha swag – branded reusable hand warmers and squishy stress relievers, on the shape of hockey pucks (or “biscuits” for those fluent in hockey lingo), of course. Bunach had fun spreading BO’s mission and sharing news about employment opportunities that bring higher wages, job security, and unbeatable benefits.
Building Omaha is proud to be an active and contributing member of the city, through the electrical jobs it completes to the service projects it sponsors. Community connection is central to its mission, and sponsorship of UNO hockey is just one way it engages with the metro area.
Building Omaha and Mavs Athletics – it’s a winning collaboration.
Building Omaha is the powerhouse partnership between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
